REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Overview

We hope you are 100% satisfied with your coochiecandlecompany.com purchase. 

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, Coochie Candle Co. offers a refund or exchange on unopened and unused, full-priced items within 14 days of your delivery date.  Please note: Once the product is removed from its original protective packaging, we cannot be responsible for any further damage due to improper handling.

Sale Items

All sale products are final sales and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.  

Damages

If upon arrival, any part of your order is damaged, please email info@coochiecandlecompany.com  Please submit photographic proof of the damage and include your order number to us within 7 days of delivery.  Coochie Candle Co. will replace, or refund products damaged during shipment.
